pacvamp doctor

Check that this machine is set up for pacvamp

Reports the pacman binary, the configuration and its repositories with their signature levels against the floor pacvamp expects, sync database freshness, the local database, and how pacvamp would obtain root. Also probes the running kernel's sandbox and reports configured policy, authenticated feed freshness, publisher evidence, and snapshot availability. Uses cached feeds unless --refresh is passed; never changes package or approval state.
